Returns

We accept returns for regular-price items that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
• A clear photo of the damaged item must be emailed to us for review before the item is returned.
• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
• Return requests submitted after 15 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
